The Ministry’s efforts will be directed towards conducting electronic public procurement procedures to ensure more transparency. He also pointed out some particular measures as reducing the price of industrial electricity which is the highest in Europe; reducing the threshold for VAT registration; easing the procedures for starting and developing business and providing a “second chance” for entrepreneurs who have failed in circumstances beyond their control.
