{"id":3247,"date":"2022-03-16T00:00:00","date_gmt":"2022-03-16T00:00:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/new.leinonen.eu\/bgr\/significant-increase-of-social-insurance-thresholds\/"},"modified":"2025-02-06T14:01:18","modified_gmt":"2025-02-06T14:01:18","slug":"significant-increase-of-social-insurance-thresholds","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/leinonen.eu\/bgr\/news\/significant-increase-of-social-insurance-thresholds\/","title":{"rendered":"Significant increase of social insurance thresholds"},"content":{"rendered":"<div>\n<p>On 7.03.2022, National Revenue Agency in Bulgaria <a href=\"https:\/\/nra.bg\/wps\/portal\/nra\/osiguryavane\/darzhavno-obshtestveno-osiguryavane-doo\/osiguritelen-dohod\" target=\"_self\" rel=\"noopener\">has published new thresholds of insurance income.<\/a><\/p>\n<p>\u0422he minimum monthly salary currently is BGN 650 &#8211; for the period from January 1 to March 31, 2022 and will become BGN 710 &#8211; for the period from April 1 to December 31, 2022.<\/p>\n<p>Maximum monthly amount of the insurance income is BGN 3,000 &#8211; for the period from January 1 to March 31, 2022 and will become BGN 3,400 &#8211; for the period from April 1 to December 31, 2022.<\/p>\n<p>The increase will affect employees who have a taxable income of more than BGN 3,000.
