All days of paid leave, whether postponed or not for the next calendar year, can be used until the end of their two-year statute of limitations with the employer&#8217;s permission.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The labor legislation regulates that every employee is obliged to use his\/her paid annual leave until the end of the calendar year in which it is due.
