{"id":3968,"date":"2023-10-19T09:20:00","date_gmt":"2023-10-19T09:20:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/leinonen.eu\/bgr\/?p=3968"},"modified":"2023-10-19T11:21:12","modified_gmt":"2023-10-19T11:21:12","slug":"limitation-of-cash-payment","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/leinonen.eu\/bgr\/news\/limitation-of-cash-payment\/","title":{"rendered":"Limitation of cash payment"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>New amendments in the Law on Limiting Payments in Cash from 1st September 2023 are introducing limitation of cash payments of:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Salary payment from Employers with more than 100 employees;<\/li><li>Cash payment of dividends exceeding 1 000 BGN<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Reporting of cash availability and receivables to owners and staff<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Amendments in State Budget Act 2023 introduces new reporting obligations to VAT registered persons under Accountancy Act.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The obligation occurs when the total amount of cash available in hand and the amount of receivables (including from granted loans) from owners, natural persons, workers, employees, persons employed under a management and control contract, and accountable persons exceeds BGN 50,000.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Starting from 1.07.2023, cash availability is to be reported quarterly.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>New amendments in the Law on Limiting Payments in Cash from 1st September 2023 are introducing limitation of cash payments of: Salary payment from Employers with more than 100 employees;
