Foreign companies’ representatives with a Finnish Authenticator app and a Suomi.fi authorisation can use e-services

The Finnish Authenticator app and the foreign user’s identifier (UID) replace Katso identification. The Katso identification and Katso authorisations are no longer valid starting 1 May 2021.

A foreign company’s representative can use the MyTax, Lomake.fi or Palkka.fi e-service for the company’s tax matters if they have a Suomi.fi authorisation and either a Finnish identification token or a token from the Finnish Authenticator Identification Service. The Finnish Authenticator service is an identification service for foreign citizens.

A foreign company’s representative can also authorise another party, such as a Finnish accounting firm, to take care of the company’s tax matters electronically.
