No Excuse On Online Invoicing

As of April 1, the immediate, automatic transmission of invoices to the tax authorities is fully operational.

Almost all the data of practically all issued invoices are automatically transmitted by the invoicing programs, thus we have reached the so-called NAV 3.0. The grace period for the new system, introduced in January, has expired, and businesses that fail to provide data can now expect sanctions.

The time for manually issued invoices is completely over, because they also need to be reported on NAV’s online interface, and that means a lot of extra work. There are a number of affordable online applications available to those who do not use their own ERP system, but even the tax office’s free billing program is available.

However, there may still be a number of questions open to enterprises about billing rules. Consult with your accountant and develop a state-of-the-art, simple billing system that can save you time, money, and a lot of annoyance.
