{"id":3335,"date":"2020-04-16T00:00:00","date_gmt":"2020-04-16T00:00:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/new.leinonen.eu\/hun\/details-of-the-measures-vol-2\/"},"modified":"2020-04-16T00:00:00","modified_gmt":"2020-04-16T00:00:00","slug":"details-of-the-measures-vol-2","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/leinonen.eu\/hun\/news\/details-of-the-measures-vol-2\/","title":{"rendered":"Details Of The Measures Vol. 2"},"content":{"rendered":"<div>\n<p>The government decree about the subsidies of reduced work time was published a few days ago.<\/p>\n<p>The employer and the employee together can apply for the subsidy at National Labour Service with the following conditions:<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\u00a0The employer must be registered at least 6 months earlier.<\/li>\n<li>\u00a0The employee is already employed on the first day of the emergency.<\/li>\n<li>\u00a0The daily work time can be reduced from 8 to 4 or more hours.<\/li>\n<li>\u00a0Employer must provide the employee with time for individual training time in 30 percent of the reduced time, and salary must be paid for it.<\/li>\n<li>\u00a0Employer must guarantee the number of employees during the subsidy plus one more month.<\/li>\n<li>\u00a0Employer must present that the business dropped and keeping the employees is vital for the economy. The past and future steps to handle the crisis are also to be presented.<\/li>\n<li>\u00a0Employer must have used all other tools to reschedule the work time.<\/li>\n<li>\u00a0The employee should not be subject to any other labour subsidy when the apllication is filed.<\/li>\n<li>\u00a0The subsidy is for a period of 3 months.<\/li>\n<li>\u00a0The maximum amount of the subsidy is based on the double of the actual minimum salary, approximately HUF 75 thousand per month per person.<\/li>\n<li>\u00a0The subsidy is not payable for the period of unpaid leave.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>The original text of the governemt decree in Hungarian is available <a href=\"http:\/\/njt.hu\/cgi_bin\/njt_doc.cgi?docid=218926.381598\" target=\"_self\" rel=\"noopener\">here<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>These are the main points but if you need further information, please contact us.<\/p>\n<p> <\/div>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>The government decree about the subsidies of reduced work time was published a few days ago.
