Tai rei\u0161kia, kad jeigu \u012fmon\u0117 sudaro sutart\u012f    su anglakalbiu asmeniu, darbo sutartis, pareigyb\u0117s apra\u0161ymas ir kiti su    darbo santykiais susij\u0119 dokumentai turi b\u016bti sura\u0161yti ne tik lietuvi\u0173, bet    ir angl\u0173 kalba;<\/p>\n<p><b><span>2.<\/span><\/b> Pakoreguotas darbuotojo    i\u0161bandymo terminas, kai darbo sutartis sudaroma trumpesniam nei 6 m\u0117nesi\u0173    laikotarpiui \u2013 i\u0161bandymo terminas turi b\u016bti proporcingai sutrumpintas    sutarties terminui;<\/p>\n<p><b><span>3.<\/span><\/b> Darbo sutartis darbuotojo    iniciatyva gali b\u016bti nutraukta d\u0117l svarbi\u0173 prie\u017eas\u010di\u0173, suteikiant    darbuotojui teis\u0119 nutraukti darbo sutart\u012f ra\u0161ytiniu parei\u0161kimu, \u012fsp\u0117jus    darbdav\u012f prie\u0161 5 darbo dienas, jeigu darbuotojas negali tinkamai atlikti    savo darbo funkcijos d\u0117l to, kad slaugo kartu su darbuotoju gyvenant\u012f    asmen\u012f;<\/p>\n<p><b><span>4.<\/span><\/b> Patrigubintas \u012fsp\u0117jimo terminas    darbo sutarties nutraukimo darbdavio iniciatyva be darbuotojo kalt\u0117s    atveju darbuotojams, sergantiems \u012f sunki\u0173 lig\u0173 s\u0105ra\u0161\u0105 \u012ftraukta liga.
