i\u0161montuoti arba perkelti \u012f kit\u0105 viet\u0105; <br \/>\u00b7 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0  bet kuris sumontuotas daiktas, kuris yra pastato ar konstrukcijos sudedamoji dalis, be kurios pastatas ar konstrukcija b\u016bt\u0173 neu\u017ebaigti, pavyzd\u017eiui, durys, langai, stogai, laiptai ir liftai;<br \/>\u00b7 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0  bet kuris daiktas, \u012frenginys ar ma\u0161ina, stacionariai sumontuoti pastate ar konstrukcijoje, kuri\u0173 negalima perkelti \u012f kit\u0105 viet\u0105 nesugriovus ar nepakeitus pastato ar konstrukcijos.<\/p>\n<p>Paslaugos yra laikomos pakankamai tiesiogiai susijusiomis su nekilnojamu turtu:<br \/>\u00b7 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0  kai jos susijusios su nekilnojamuoju turtu, o <b>tas turtas yra paslaugos sudedamoji dalis<\/b> ir yra <b>b\u016btinas ir esminis teikiamos paslaugos elementas<\/b>; <br \/>\u00b7 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0  kai jos <b>teikiamos arba skirtos nekilnojamajam turtui ir jomis siekiama teisi\u0161kai arba fizi\u0161kai pakeisti t\u0105 turt\u0105<\/b>.<\/p>\n<p>  Reglamente detaliau paai\u0161kinta, kurios paslaugos laikomos susijusios su nekilnojamu turtu, o kurios ne.\u00a0<\/p>\n<table border=\"1\" naudoti<\/u>.<\/p>\n<\/td>\n<td valign=\"top\" width=\"321\">\n<p>2. \u00a0 \u00a0   Preki\u0173 saugojimas nekilnojamame  turte, jeigu <u>nei viena konkreti<\/u> nekilnojamojo turto dalis <u>n\u0117ra sk<\/u>irta  paslaugas \u012fsigyjan\u010diam asmeniui <u>i\u0161imtinai naudoti<\/u>.<\/p>\n<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<tr>\n<td valign=\"top\" width=\"321\">\n<p>3. \u00a0 \u00a0   Apgyvendinimo paslaug\u0173 teikimas  vie\u0161bu\u010diuose ar pana\u0161i\u0105 veikl\u0105 vykdan\u010diose sektoriuose, pavyzd\u017eiui,  poilsiaviet\u0117se ar stovyklauti \u012frengtose vietose, \u012fskaitant teis\u0119 apsistoti  konkre\u010dioje vietoje d\u0117l pakaitinio naudojimosi teis\u0173 pasikeitimo ir pan.<\/p>\n<\/td>\n<td valign=\"top\" width=\"321\">\n<p>3. \u00a0 \u00a0   <u>Tarpininkavimas<\/u> teikiant apgyvendinimo paslaugas vie\u0161bu\u010diuose ar kitose pana\u0161i\u0105  veikl\u0105 vykdan\u010diose \u012fstaigose, pavyzd\u017eiui, poilsiaviet\u0117se ar width=\"321\">\n<p>4. \u00a0 \u00a0   Investicij\u0173 \u012f nekilnojam\u0105j\u012f  turt\u0105 portfelio valdymas.<\/p>\n<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<tr>\n<td valign=\"top\" width=\"321\">\n<p>5. \u00a0 \u00a0   Teisin\u0117s paslaugos, susijusios  su nuosavyb\u0117s teis\u0117s \u012f nekilnojam\u0105j\u012f turt\u0105 perleidimu, tam tikr\u0173 teisi\u0173 \u012f  nekilnojam\u0105j\u012f turt\u0105 arba daiktini\u0173 teisi\u0173 \u012f nekilnojam\u0105j\u012f turt\u0105 (laikom\u0105 arba  nelaikom\u0105 materialiuoju turtu) nustatymu ar perleidimu, kaip antai notaro  darbas arba nekilnojamojo turto pardavimo arba pirkimo sutar\u010di\u0173 rengimu, net  jei pagrindinis sandoris, kuriuo teisi\u0161kai pakei\u00ad\u010diamas turtas, n\u0117ra  \u012fvykdomas.<\/p>\n<\/td>\n<td valign=\"top\" width=\"321\">\n<p>5. \u00a0 \u00a0   Teisin\u0117s paslaugos, i\u0161skyrus  \u012fvardintas kaip tiesiogiai susijusias su nekilnojamu turtu, susijusioms su sutartimis, \u012fskaitant konsultacijas d\u0117l sutarties s\u0105lyg\u0173, kaip  perleisti nekilnojam\u0105j\u012f turt\u0105 arba u\u017etikrinti tokios sutarties vykdym\u0105 arba  \u012frodyti tokios sutarties buvim\u0105, kai tokios paslaugos n\u0117ra susijusios su  nuosavyb\u0117s teis\u0117s \u012f nekilnojam\u0105j\u012f turt\u0105 perleidimu.<\/p>\n<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<tr>\n<td valign=\"top\" width=\"321\">\n<p>6. \u00a0 \u00a0   Ma\u0161in\u0173 ar \u012frengini\u0173  instaliavimas ar surinkimas, kai instaliuoti ar surinkti jie <u>laikomi  nekilnojamuoju turtu.<\/u><\/p>\n<p>7. \u00a0 \u00a0   Ma\u0161in\u0173 ar \u012frengini\u0173 prie\u017ei\u016bra ir  remontas, tikrinimas ir prie\u017ei\u016bra, jeigu tos ma\u0161inos ar \u012frenginiai <u>laikomi  nekilnojamuoju turtu.<\/u><\/p>\n<\/td>\n<td valign=\"top\" width=\"321\">\n<p>6. \u00a0 \u00a0   Ma\u0161in\u0173 ar \u012frengini\u0173  instaliavimas ar surinkimas, prie\u017ei\u016bra ir remontas, tikrinimas ar prie\u017ei\u016bra,  jeigu tos ma\u0161inos ar \u012frenginiai <u>n\u0117ra arba netampa nekilnojamojo turto  dalimi.<\/u><\/p>\n<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<tr>\n<td valign=\"top\" width=\"321\">\n<p>8. \u00a0 \u00a0 nekilnojamojo turto naudojimu.<\/p>\n<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<tr>\n<td valign=\"top\" width=\"321\">\n<p>9. \u00a0 \u00a0   Pastato statyba ant \u017eem\u0117s, taip  pat su pastatu arba pastato dalimis susij\u0119 statybos ir griovimo darbams.<\/p>\n<\/td>\n<td valign=\"top\" width=\"321\">\n<p>8. \u00a0 \u00a0   Vietos stendui suteikimas mug\u0117je  ar parodoje kartu su kitomis susijusiomis paslaugomis, kad mug\u0117s ar parodos  dalyvis gal\u0117t\u0173 rodyti savo eksponatus, pavyzd\u017eiui, stendo dizainas, eksponat\u0173  perve\u017eimas ir saugojimas, apr\u016bpinimas ma\u0161inomis, laid\u0173 tiesimas, draudimas ir  reklama.<\/p>\n<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<tr>\n<td valign=\"top\" width=\"321\">\n<p>10. \u00a0  Tarpininkavimas, susij\u0119s su  nekilnojamojo turto vert\u0117s  nustatymas, be kita ko, kai tokia paslauga reikalinga draudimo tikslais  siekiant nustatyti turto, kaip u\u017estato u\u017e paskol\u0105, vert\u0119 arba \u012fvertinti  rizik\u0105 ir
