We would like to inform that the Government has announced that the quarantine has been extended until 30 June 2021 24:00. Also, it was decided to further reduce quarantine restrictions. Please find below information regarding mentioned changes.
Working hours
From 1 June 2021 the Government decided to allow restaurants, cafes, bars, casinos to work from 7 a.m. to 12 p.m. (restaurants and cafes currently could be opened until 10 p.m.).
Also, from 1 June 2021 it is allowed to open night clubs. Night clubs will be available from 7 a.m. to 12 p.m. However, only persons with the passport of opportunities will be able to visit the night clubs.
Events
The Government has also agreed to reduce restrictions on events:
·Events without the passport of opportunities:
-no more than 250 participants can take part in the events organized indoors, the participants only can watch the event from their seats, if no more than 50 % of seats are filled, also participants over the age of 6 shall wear masks throughout all the event. The sale of food and drink and the provision of other services at events are prohibited;
-an unlimited number of participants can take part in the events organized in open spaces, the participants only can watch the event from their seats, also participants over the age of 6 shall wear masks throughout all the event. The sale of food and drink and the provision of other services at events are prohibited.
·Events with the passport of opportunities:
-in events organized indoors, when the event is attended only by persons having the passport of opportunities, no more than 2.000 participants may participate, the participants only can watch the event from their seats, if no more than 75 % of seats are filled, also participants over the age of 6 shall wear masks throughout all the event;
-an unlimited number of participants can take part in outdoor events.
Workplace
The Government has agreed that from 1 June 2021 persons without the passport of opportunities will also be able to return to offices or other workplaces, subject to requirements defined by the head of the operations center. Until now, only those with the passport of opportunities had such an opportunity.
Public transport
It was decided that the distance of 1 meter would no longer be required when traveling by bus. From 1 June 2021 the number of seats or standing places will no longer be limited when traveling by regular passenger transport within or between cities (until now, it was possible to sit or stand at a distance of at least one meter).
Area requirements
The Government is also reducing area requirements in public places of trade and services. It was agreed that the activities of shops, markets and other public outlets will be organized in 10 sq. m of retail area per visitor. At the places of supply of services, the area per customer would also be reduced to 10 sq. m.
In cultural institutions, libraries, reading rooms, museums, galleries and other exposition enclosed spaces, will have to be ensured 10 sq. m. of area per visitor (except when only visitors with the passport of opportunities visit), open spaces are not subject to the limitation of the area per visitor and the number of visitors.
Allowed to provide leisure services, providing 20 sq. m of service area per visitor.
The passport of opportunities
The conditions under which persons can obtain the passport of opportunities after a COVID-19 test and a negative response and other have been clarified:
·After the PGR test (from the moment of sampling), the passport of opportunities will be valid for 72 hours;
·After the antigen test (from the moment of sampling), the passport of opportunities will be valid for 24 hours;
·Shortened vaccination term of „COVID-19 Vaccine Janssen“ from 4 to 2 weeks.
Organization of education
It is allowed to perform education in schools according to the primary and secondary education programs (except for the final grades) in a mixed way.
In municipalities with a 14-day COVID-19 sickness rate per 100,000 population more than 200 cases, mandatory testing of primary and secondary school students and school staff is required. Otherwise, education and work in schools can only be performed remotely.
Other changes
In private and public enclosed spaces, contact between persons is limited to 10 persons or two family members, and in open spaces – the number of persons is not limited. When only persons with the passport of opportunities are together, their number is not limited.
Masks may not be worn in open spaces when there are no persons other than family members nearby. There is now an obligation to wear masks if there are other people outside the family less than 2 meters.
