Employers’ obligation to inform about posted workers

The application should be filled in the Lithuanian language and could be submitted by e-mail, fax or e-services no later than 1 day before the business trip in Lithuania starts.

The application form should contain:

  • the dates when a business trip starts and ends;
  • the period of business trip;
  • the place of business trip;
  • functions of an employee during a business trip;
  • a storing place of posted employees’ working documents (the employment agreement, the salary documents, the copies of time sheets);
  • other information.
