Requirement to notify regarding workers posted to Finland

If a company posts worker to Finland by an internal transfer within one group of companies for no longer than 5 working days, the notification about posted workers is not required. However, in case workers are posted for construction works, the advance notification is always required.

The notification could be submitted electronically by filling the form on the occupational safety and health authority’s website.

If company neglects submitting the advance notification of posted workers, the occupational safety and health authority could apply a penalty on the company in the amount from EUR 1.000 to 10.000.
