According to the amendments to the Cabinet Regulation No. 134 "Regulations on the electronic health information system" the required information on employee’s absence due to sickness will be available to the employers through Electronic Declaration System (EDS) of the State Revenue Service (SRS). The following information i.e., identification numbers of sickness- leave documents, type (A or B document), forms (initial or continued), the cause of sickness, sickness period and the date of work inception will be updated in the EDS system on a daily basis.
State Social Insurance Agency will only be entitled to handle relevant information included in B type documents as per the agency’s functions.
