Lai gan vienm\u0113r tika mudin\u0101ts sa\u012bsin\u0101t p\u0101rbaudes laika termi\u0146us, beidzot \u0161is apsv\u0113rums ir atz\u012bts ar likumu.<\/p>\n<p>Ja darba l\u012bgums ir nosl\u0113gts uz noteiktu laiku, p\u0101rbaudes laiks tiek sa\u012bsin\u0101ts \u0161\u0101dos gad\u012bjumos:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>ja l\u012bgums ir nosl\u0113gts uz laiku l\u012bdz 6 (se\u0161iem) m\u0113ne\u0161iem, p\u0101rbaudes laiks var b\u016bt l\u012bdz 1 m\u0113nesim;<\/li>\n<li>ja l\u012bgums ir nosl\u0113gts uz laiku l\u012bdz 1 (vienam) gadam, p\u0101rbaudes laiks var b\u016bt l\u012bdz 2 m\u0113ne\u0161iem.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3><b>Darba l\u012bgum\u0101 iek\u013caujam\u0101 inform\u0101cija (papildin\u0101jumi)<\/b><\/h3>\n<p>Bie\u017ei vien darbinieki joproj\u0101m nav inform\u0113ti par sav\u0101m ties\u012bb\u0101m, jo \u012bpa\u0161i attiec\u012bb\u0101 uz darba laiku, atp\u016btas laiku un l\u012bguma izbeig\u0161anu. Analiz\u0113jot diskusijas soci\u0101lajos t\u012bklos un darba aizsardz\u012bbas iest\u0101d\u0113m ies\u016bt\u012btos jaut\u0101jumus, bie\u017ei vien tie ir par l\u012bguma izbeig\u0161anu un pie\u013caujamo termi\u0146u, k\u0101d\u0101 l\u012bgumu var izbeigt. \u0145emot v\u0113r\u0101, ka bie\u017ei vien darba l\u012bgums un darba k\u0101rt\u012bbas noteikumi ir vien\u012bgie inform\u0101cijas avoti par ties\u012bb\u0101m, ko darbinieki izmanto, ir papla\u0161in\u0101ts darba l\u012bgum\u0101 oblig\u0101ti nor\u0101d\u0101m\u0101s inform\u0101cijas apjoms. Papildus pa\u0161reiz\u0113jai darba l\u012bgum\u0101 vai iek\u0161\u0113j\u0101s k\u0101rt\u012bbas noteikumos oblig\u0101ti nor\u0101d\u0101majai inform\u0101cijai ir j\u0101nor\u0101da ar\u012b turpm\u0101k min\u0113t\u0101 inform\u0101cija:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Ja darbiniekam nav noteiktas darba vietas, tad darbinieks var br\u012bvi noteikt savu darba vietu. Tas pal\u012bdz ar\u012b att\u0101lin\u0101ti str\u0101d\u0101jo\u0161ajiem un samazina administrat\u012bvo pas\u0101kumu skaitu, kas j\u0101veic, ja darbinieks uz laiku vai past\u0101v\u012bgi maina dz\u012bvesvietu.<\/li>\n<li>Ja ir pan\u0101kta vieno\u0161an\u0101s par nepilnu darba laiku un darba laiks ir piln\u012bb\u0101 vai liel\u0101koties neparedzams:<\/li>\n<li>tiek noteikts, ka darba laiks ir main\u012bgs, iek\u013caujot inform\u0101ciju par nol\u012bgto garant\u0113to apmaks\u0101to darba laiku 1 (viena) m\u0113ne\u0161a laik\u0101;<\/li>\n<li>tiek noteikts laiks, kur\u0101 darbinieks var veikt darbu vai kur\u0101 vi\u0146am tas ir j\u0101veic;<\/li>\n<li>tiek nor\u0101d\u012bta inform\u0101cija par minim\u0101lo br\u012bdin\u0101juma termi\u0146u par darba s\u0101k\u0161anu vai p\u0101rtrauk\u0161anu.<\/li>\n<li>P\u0101rbaudes laika ilgums (maksim\u0101lais p\u0101rbaudes laiks l\u012bgumiem, kas nosl\u0113gti uz nenoteiktu laiku, ir 3 (tr\u012bs) m\u0113ne\u0161i).*<\/li>\n<li>Darbinieka ties\u012bbas uz apm\u0101c\u012bbu, ja \u0161\u0101das ties\u012bbas ir paredz\u0113tas.<\/li>\n<li>Soci\u0101l\u0101s apdro\u0161in\u0101\u0161anas iest\u0101des, kas sa\u0146em soci\u0101l\u0101s apdro\u0161in\u0101\u0161anas maks\u0101jumus, ja darba dev\u0113js ir atbild\u012bgs par soci\u0101lo aizsardz\u012bbu (piem\u0113ram, ja darba dev\u0113js maks\u0101 soci\u0101lo nodokli, tad j\u0101nor\u0101da iest\u0101de, kas sa\u0146em soci\u0101lo nodokli).<\/li>\n<li>Inform\u0101cija par darba l\u012bguma izbeig\u0161anu (gan attiec\u012bb\u0101 uz darbinieka, gan darba dev\u0113ja uzteikumu).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><i>* Darba kopl\u012bgum\u0101 puses var\u0113s vienoties par p\u0101rbaudes laiku, kas ir ilg\u0101ks par 3 (tr\u012bs) m\u0113ne\u0161iem, bet ne ilg\u0101ks par 6 (se\u0161iem) m\u0113ne\u0161iem, nesamazinot darbinieku kop\u0113jo aizsardz\u012bbas l\u012bmeni.<\/i><\/p>\n<p><i><br \/>\n<\/i><\/p>\n<p>Ja \u0161\u012b inform\u0101cija ir aizst\u0101ta ar atsauci uz attiec\u012bgajiem likuma pantiem un iek\u0161\u0113jiem noteikumiem vai darba kopl\u012bguma (ja t\u0101ds ir nosl\u0113gts) noteikumiem, darba dev\u0113jam j\u0101nodro\u0161ina, lai inform\u0101cija b\u016btu pieejama darbiniekiem bez maksas, b\u016btu saprotama, piln\u012bga un viegli pieejama, tostarp elektroniski, izmantojot tie\u0161saistes port\u0101lus vai inform\u0101cijas sist\u0113mas. Piem\u0113ram, ja darba l\u012bgum\u0101 ir nor\u0101d\u012btas atsauces uz Darba likuma pantiem, darbiniekiem ir j\u0101b\u016bt pieejamai vai nu Darba likuma kopijai, vai datoram, lai darbinieki var\u0113tu iepaz\u012bties ar sav\u0101m ties\u012bb\u0101m, uz kur\u0101m l\u012bgum\u0101 ir nor\u0101d\u012btas atsauces.<\/p>\n<p>Turpm\u0101k darba dev\u0113jiem b\u016bs pien\u0101kums inform\u0113t visus darbiniekus par groz\u012bjumiem darba kopl\u012bgum\u0101 un darba k\u0101rt\u012bbas noteikumos pirms to st\u0101\u0161an\u0101s sp\u0113k\u0101, bet ne v\u0113l\u0101k k\u0101 to sp\u0113k\u0101 st\u0101\u0161an\u0101s dien\u0101.<\/p>\n<h3><b>Atsauces stundas un darba grafiks<\/b><\/h3>\n<p><b><\/b><\/p>\n<p>Darba likuma groz\u012bjumos darba laiks ir defin\u0113ts k\u0101 prec\u012bzs laiks, kad darbinieks s\u0101k un beidz darbu. Atsauces stundas un dienas ir noteiktas dienas, kur\u0101s p\u0113c darba dev\u0113ja piepras\u012bjuma var veikt darbu. (Piem\u0113ram, klasiskais darba laiks \u2013 40 (\u010detrdesmit) stundas ned\u0113\u013c\u0101, str\u0101d\u0101jot no plkst. 09.00 l\u012bdz plkst. 18.00, ar vienu stundu ilgu pusdienas p\u0101rtraukumu, ir j\u0101nosaka darba l\u012bgum\u0101).<\/p>\n<p>Ja darbinieka darba grafiks ir neprognoz\u0113jams, darbinieku var nodarbin\u0101t tikai tad, ja darbs tiek veikts iepriek\u0161 noteikt\u0101s atsauces stund\u0101s un dien\u0101s, un darba dev\u0113js ir pien\u0101c\u012bgi pazi\u0146ojis darbiniekam prec\u012bzu darba veik\u0161anas laiku. Ja darba dev\u0113js \u0161o pien\u0101kumu neizpilda, darbiniekam ir ties\u012bbas neierasties darb\u0101, bet vi\u0146am ir ties\u012bbas sa\u0146emt atl\u012bdz\u012bbu, ko vi\u0146\u0161 b\u016btu sa\u0146\u0113mis, ja b\u016btu veicis darbu.
