To qualify for the easier and faster recruiting process, two options are available:

  1. Inclusion of the company in the List of Approved Companies: an option for reliable and significant value-adding companies to employ the lacking workforce from non-EU countries more easily. 
  2. Recognition in the list of professions reported insufficient in Lithuania: e.g. the professions where labor demand exceeds supply, the professions that have been assigned as large employment opportunies, or there is data on the projected growth of vocational demand, investments and the creation of new jobs.
