Some of the main measures towards improving the country’s investment climate are:
  • The maximum deadline for settlements under export/import transactions extended to 180 days. 
  • Investors allowed to repatriate funds invested in Ukraine. 
  • Businesses are allowed to repay external loans before the deadline if these settlements are guaranteed by international financial institutions.
  • Ukrainian banks are allowed to open new correspondent accounts with foreign banks.
