GROUP SERVICE MANAGER

Location Tallinn | Apply before 31 October 2013

The ideal candidate should be an experienced professional in the field of accounting and financial management. The candidate should possess deep understanding of the development needs of an international service company. Group Service Manager has a key role in managing customer relationships and implementing growth strategy. The workplace is located in Tallinn, and the work requires some traveling.    

The candidate should have following qualifications:

  • professional working experience and suitable higher educational degree
  • proven customer service skills
  • development orientation: experience in managing and improving processes
  • very good English language skills; other language skills, especially Finnish, are an asset
  • skills to transfer knowledge within the organization
  • problem solving capacity
