A foreign employee into Norway?

A new guideline has now introduced to make access for foreign labour for the purpose of carrying out technical tasks. The absolute requirement is that a company cannot survive without this work, that it cannot be done remotely, and that there is no such  worker available in Norway. The application shall be submitted by the employer, addressed to the “Sjøfartsdirektoratet» office with all necessary appendices. The granted authorization shall be valid for border crossing only 2 weeks from the date of the decision. The person crossing the Norwegian border is placed in a quarantine hotel or premises approved by “Arbeidstilsynet” as a preapproved quarantine facility. Leinonen Norway gives you more info.
