ARE YOU FINISHED WITH THE ANNUAL SETTLEMENT?

Most companies have probably finished with tax returns and annual accounts for 2021. Those who were a little late out know that you can get high fees for this, up to NOK 63,596 for the annual reports sent after the deadline.

Many do not know that you can apply for remission of the delay fee. The application can be accepted if the delay is due to “conditions outside the accountable control or if special reasons for reasonableness so require.” Here it is aimed at, among other things, the Corona pandemic. Good documentation is essential to attach the application.
