Day commuters can come to work in Norway again.

The Norwegian government is introducing new regulations for those who travel daily from Sweden and Finland to work in Norway. Employees who work this way, are allowed to come to Norway daily starting from 1. March. However, they have to meet several conditions. They must register their arrival first. Additionally, it is required negative corona test result, less than 7 days old, when crossing the border.
The new rule does not apply for all Swedish and Finnish residents, but only to those employees who cross borders every day to travel to work, and return home when it’s finished. This means that the changes will affect around 3,000 people who live near the border. For more information, contact Leinonen Norway office.
