THE SCOPE OF SUBSIDIES FOR LOST INVENTORY IN THE COMPENSATION SCHEME IS EXPANDED

On 9 June, it was decided that if corona restrictions caused full stop or business was totally closed, it is possible to apply for compensation for lost inventory.

The scheme is now being expanded by a regulatory amendment, so that businesses that remained closed because it was unprofitable to stay open due to corona restrictions, are now also able to apply for compensation for lost inventory. Compensation is not paid for alcoholic beverages.
