The changes will be effective at least during the period of martial law in Ukraine.<\/p>\n<p>The changes are as follows:<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;  Normally the minimum monthly remuneration requirement for employees and gig specialists in Diia City is the equivalent of EUR 1200 \u2013 complying with this requirement is not necessary.<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;  Normally a Diia City resident should have at least nine employees or gig specialists to qualify as a resident \u2013 complying with this requirement is not necessary.<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;  It is also not necessary to comply with the requirement regarding the amount of income from qualified sources, usually IT development activities, which normally is 90 percent.<\/p>\n<p>The changes mean that Diia City residents which do not comply with the abovementioned requirements, will not be deprived of their resident status because of that during the martial law period.<\/p>\n<p>Diia City residents are also exempted from the obligation to submit auditor\u00b4s reports of their Diia City mandated reporting.
