The Ukrainian Law on Limited Liability Companies never included a requirement to indicate the company\u00b4s share capital amount in its charter. However the Commercial Code did, and that\u00b4s why it was advisable to indicate it anyway. <\/p>\n<p> <\/p>\n<p>From the beginning of February, the Commercial Code was amended so that the share capital no longer needs to be indicated in the charter. If you are starting a company in Ukraine, you can now feel free to leave it out. Additionally, you can remove the mention the next time you amend the charter.
