This is a Twinning project called &#8220;Strengthening the institutional and regulatory capacity of the National Bank of Ukraine to implement the Association Agreement between Ukraine and the EU.&#8221; The project is funded by the European Union. The project is funded by 1 million euros. It will last 21 months. The central banks of Poland and Lithuania will provide support to the National Bank of Ukraine in a number of areas. In particular for the following:\u00a0<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>development of approaches to banking supervision within the SREP (Supervisory Review and Evaluation Process);<\/li>\n<li>introduction of an instant payment system;\u00a0<\/li>\n<li>improving strategic planning and process management in the central bank;<\/li>\n<li>improving the process of European integration and international cooperation of the central bank.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p> <\/div>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>On October 1, 2020, the National Bank of Ukraine launched a joint project with the National Bank of Poland and the Bank of Lithuania.
