From September 1, the National Revenue Agency will refund VAT without verification to companies meeting certain conditions.
The simplified procedure for VAT refunding will be available only to companies that are determined by the revenue administration as a low-risk and without offset payables to the budget.
NRA also specifies that the specific criteria and their weight in the evaluation of requests for VAT refund without verification are official secrecy.
