About the Role
We are looking for a Junior KYC Specialist to join our Riga office. You will conduct customer due diligence across Group entities, manage end-to-end KYC onboarding, and support AML platform operations.
Responsibilities
- Customer due diligence (CDD) and enhanced due diligence (EDD) for new and existing clients across Group entities
- End-to-end KYC onboarding — document collection, verification, and risk classification
- Day-to-day operation and maintenance of the AML platform
- Ongoing monitoring and periodic review of existing client files in line with Group AML policy
- Identification and escalation of higher-risk cases and potentially suspicious activity
Requirements
- Degree in Law, Finance, Business, or a related field; final-year students are welcome to apply
- 0–2 years of experience in KYC, AML, or compliance; relevant internship experience is considered
- Familiarity with AML/CTF concepts and customer due diligence principles is a bonus
- At least B2 level of English; Latvian and/or other Baltic languages strongly preferred
- Detail-oriented with strong organisational and documentation skills

About the Role
We are looking for a Senior Compliance Advisor to join our Riga office. You will provide day-to-day legal and compliance advisory for internal stakeholders across Group entities, handling complex cases and driving data protection compliance.
Responsibilities
- Day-to-day legal and compliance advisory for internal stakeholders across Group entities
- First-response handling of complex cases routed by the Director — data breaches, contract disputes, difficult client situations, AML escalations
- Data protection compliance activities including DPIAs, data subject rights handling, vendor DPA reviews, and breach assessment
- Supporting EU legislative monitoring and preparing impact assessments when new obligations arise
Requirements
- Degree in Law or equivalent
- At least 3–5 years of experience in a legal, compliance, or regulatory advisory role — in-house or consulting
- Strong working knowledge of GDPR and EU data protection practice
- Familiarity with key EU regulatory frameworks (AI Act, NIS2, AMLD, DORA)
- At least C1 level of English (both written and spoken); additional Baltic or Nordic language is a plus
- Strong analytical thinking, sound judgement, and the ability to work independently on sensitive matters
- Great communication skills and comfort engaging with senior stakeholders
