There are several important deadlines regarding closing the previous business year and opening the new one.
The first one in 31 January, when the employers should receive certain declarations from all the employees for the payroll calculations in the new year. It is crucial to get them in time for the correct payments in February.
The other key date is 31 May. By then, the approved, signed, and audited (if necessary) financial statements should be at your accountant for electronic submission to the official register. The same deadline applies to the submission of yearly CIT return and its payment. In order to finish the entire process in time, you should be on top of the story from now on. Please let your accountant schedule the work and provide all the requested information in time.
