NORWEGIAN PENSION REGULATION

In Norway employer have to offer additional pension (OTP) for employees. In case this rule is not followed, the fine in amount of 250 NOK per employee will be calculated.

In case the pension agreement is not in order at a given deadline, daily fine 250 NOK will be calculated  until the pension is in correct order.
