TEMPORARY EMPLOYEES IN NORWAY HAVE THE SAME RIGHTS TO BONUSES AS PERMANENT WORKERS.

The Supreme Court of Norway ruled that on oil company that had long time used leased workers would have to pay rental workers exactly the same bonuses as permanent workers. The decision made by the court concerns both the workforce leased by the company itself and the employees acquired through a rental agency.
