Bulgarian residents no longer subject to transfer pricing control measures

In April, the Republic of Bulgaria was excluded from the list of states (territories) the residents of which are controlled for the purposes of monitoring transfer pricing in Ukraine.

The decision was supported by the fact that the Bulgarian side provided information that Bulgaria was taking measures to counter aggressive tax planning and tax fraud as stipulated in the BEPS action plan and EU Directive 2015/849 of the European Parliament and of the Council of May 20, 2015.
