From January 1, 2020 the gross minimum monthly wage in Lithuania will be
EUR 607, 9,4% higher than it is now – EUR 555. Meanwhile, the gross minimum
hourly wage will be EUR 3,72 instead of the current EUR 3,39.
It is estimated that the net minimum monthly wage should increase from
EUR 396 to EUR 425 – 445, depending on the amount of non – taxable income.
Furthermore, the increase in the minimum monthly wage will also change
the State Social Insurance Fund Board contribution floor which is equal to
minimum monthly wage
