The law provides:
– cancellation of the registration fee for carrying out state registration of legal entity and private entrepreneur;
– implementation of state registration of legal entities and private entrepreneur in electronic form without requiring the use of electronic signature, using other means of identification of the applicant;
– elimination of the mandatory and voluntary transition to the use of seals business entities of private law.
